At Dawn Scientific, we respect your privacy and provide you full control over your account and personal data.
If you wish to delete your account associated with the Dawn Scientific iOS App, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

You may request deletion by emailing:

Subject Line: Account Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your full name
• Registered email address
• Registered company name (if applicable)
• Contact phone number

What Happens After You Submit a Request?

• Your account will be permanently deleted within 7 business days
• You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete
• You will no longer be able to access your account or order history

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon deletion request, we will permanently remove:

• Account profile information
• Login credentials
• Saved addresses
• Order history (from user view)
• App activity data

Data That May Be Retained

For legal, regulatory, and accounting purposes, we may retain:

• Transaction records related to completed purchases
• Tax invoices
• Compliance documentation required by law

Such retained data will:

• Be securely stored
• Not be used for marketing purposes
• Be retained only as long as legally required

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
• You may create a new account later using the same email address
• Deleting the app does not automatically delete your account
