PharmaDispo disposable powder sampler, 0.01ml, Part number 5393-8000-BK, Buy now form Bürkle at Dawnscientific
The PharmaDispo disposable powder sampler is a world first, the first single-use, multiple target point sampler that collects three separate target point samples with one sampling. Manufactured under class 7 (ISO) clean room conditions, assembled and individually packaged.
The PharmaDispo disposable powder sampler from Bürkle is a world novelty and the first disposable multiple target point sampler that takes three separate target point samples with a single sampling.
The three separate sampling chambers of the PharmaDispo enable simultaneous sampling from different layers or zones. This allows for a differentiated examination of material composition across multiple layers, which is particularly beneficial when a single sample does not adequately characterize the material. Samples can be analyzed individually or combined into a representative composite sample.
Thanks to its sophisticated and ergonomic design, the sampler fits comfortably in the hand and sampling can be performed with one hand. A sliding mechanism with an end stop makes it easy to open and close the sampler.
The PharmaDispo sampler accurately and safely takes small powder samples for quality control from open containers.
The powder samplers are manufactured, assembled and individually packaged under class 7 (ISO) cleanroom conditions.
The individual packaging ensures that each sampler remains contamination-free until it is used. The single use eliminates the risk of cross-contamination between different samples or products. After a single use, the zone sampler is disposed of, ensuring the integrity of the work process.
Features
Applications
The PharmaDispo is designed for sampling powdered materials in the pharmaceutical industry, especially for quality control of raw materials, active ingredients or intermediates.
The sampler takes small, contamination-free target point samples from open containers such as sacks, barrels or drums.
PharmaDispo is particularly suitable when sterility and absence of particles are critical, e.g. in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals, when representative samples from different layers are required to check the consistency or quality of a material, and when small quantities need to be taken for precise analysis.
